Return Policy

ABQ Running Shop strives to make sure that every customer is happy with their purchase. Any item in new condition will be given a full, 100% refund. Any defective pair of shoes will also be given a full refund.

If a pair of shoes does not work for whatever reason, and is returned within a three month time period, store credit will be given.  Please contact us at 505-293-2786 if you have any questions.

All other items must be in new and resellable condition and will be given a 100% refund.

We try to make returns as easy as possible by not requiring an R/A number.  However, please send the shoes back to us in a shipping box (similar to the one you received), not just in the shoe-box.  Any orders returned to us in just the shoe box will be subject to a $10 restocking fee, as we are no longer able to resell them.  Please contact us at 505-293-2RUN for any questions about this policy.

Shipping costs

All orders under $60 have a flat shipping cost of $7.99.  All orders over $60 have free shipping.
